Cancellation Policy

Property and Cancellation Policies:
CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH CANCELLATIONS ARE APPLIED ON A PER ROOM BASIS
FEES WILL BE CHARGED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL ROOM INCLUDED IN A RESERVATION
- If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no charge
- If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent will be charged for the total nights including tax for each room.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation including tax will be charged for each room.
Terms and Conditions

30 percent will be charged for the total nights including tax for each room.

- One child under 13 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
- Any additional older children or adults are charged USD 25 per person per night when using existing beds.
